How far in advance do I need to book?
To ensure you the best possible service we require a 48-hour advanced booking.

When will my card be charged?
We apply a 20% deposit upon booking, the remainder is charged upon ride completion.

How do I pay for my transportation service?
We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. You can pay at the time of booking or directly to the driver.

What is your cancellation policy?
We can easily accommodate any cancellation 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pick-up time. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time the rider will be charged the 20% deposit. If a ride is cancelled within an hour of the scheduled pick-up time the rider will be charged the full quoted price.
