To ensure you the best possible service we require a 48 hour advanced booking.
We apply a 20% deposit upon booking, the remainder is charged upon ride completion.
We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. You can pay at the time of booking or directly to the driver.
We can easily accommodate any cancelation 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pick-up time. If a cancelation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time the rider will be charged the 20% deposit. If a ride is canceled within an hour of the scheduled pick-up time the rider will be charged the full quoted price.
